PROCESS OF PURCHASE
The procedure that the User must follow to purchase products through the Website is as follows:

SHIPPING COSTS
The package will be received within a maximum of 24 to 72 hours (depending on the type of product) once payment has been received. Orders paid before 14:00 will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.
RETURNS
At GARÍ-S we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, read on:
Returns of non-personalised items that are made for reasons beyond the control of GARIS IMPORTACIONES SLU will entail the payment by the customer of the transport costs corresponding to the collection for their return plus a cost of 15 € for processing and management costs. Only the transport agency managed by GARIS IMPORTACIONES SLU may be used.
Returns will not be accepted:
– Personalised items by order and/or request of the customer or intermediary.
-Headphones (headphones, earphones), provided that the reason for the return is not a malfunction or manufacturing defect. In such cases, GARIS IMPORTACIONES SLU reserves the right to carry out a review by an accredited technical service, prior to the refund of the amount paid by the customer. This process shall not exceed 14 working days.
1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
The User has the recognised right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the Website, and therefore, if not satisfied, may return the product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days after acquiring possession of the product/s and preserving the original packaging of the product in perfect condition.
The return postage will be paid by the customer and the processing of the return of any product that is purchased online through the website will be carried out by the same method.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to pedido@garis.es with the subject “RETURN ORDER Nº XXX (include the corresponding order number)” and include the following data in the message:
– Name and surname
– Order number
Once the return has been confirmed, the return guidelines will be sent by e-mail.
It should be remembered that the right to withdraw from the purchase will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the corresponding label and using the original packaging.
The Customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. In any case, for the purposes of making use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the products are returned in their original packaging together with the invoice, in the event that they are returned without such original packaging or with damage, the amount to be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the corresponding amount. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
2. Possible defective products
At GARÍ-S we carefully check each product before sending it. However, in the event of any incident with the goods, you must contact us immediately (maximum 24 hours after receipt of the measurement) via pedido@garis.es with the subject “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ORDER No. XXX (include the corresponding order number)” and providing photographs of the original packaging, the labels on the box and the defect of the item. Without photographs we cannot process the incident.
Exchanges due to defects will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt of the item. In case of damage caused during transport, you have a period of 24 hours to notify the damage to pedido@garis.es with the subject “TRANSPORTATION UNFAIR ORDER Nº XXX (include the corresponding order number”. In addition, you must record the damage on the transport delivery note.
GUARANTEES
GARÍ-S grants Users the legal guarantee in application of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
